Ingredients
1 green oak lettuce, trimmed, washed
1 bunch watercress, washed
1 bunch small radishes, trimmed, washed and halved lengthways
1 large avocado, pleed, cut into wedges
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp grain mustard
How to make?
Place lettuce and watercress into a salad spinner and spin until dry. Transfer to a large platter or bowl. Add radishes, capsicum, and avocado. Toss until well combined. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
To make dressing, place olive oil, vinegar and mustard into screw top jar. Shake until well combined and season to taste.
