Chicken And Grape Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 12 minutes
Serves: 4

2 chicken breast fillet
1 cos lettuce, washed and dried
1 red apple
2 stalk celery
1 cup seedless grape
1/4 coleslaw dressing
1/3 cup walnut

How to make it?
Fry chicken breast fillet in a non - stick frying pan for 6 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Roughly cut cos lettuce and place into a bowl salad. Dice apple and slice celery. Slice chicken and combine in a bowl with apple, celery, grapes, and dressing. Toss to lightly coat with dressing.

Place into serving bowl on top lettuce. Add walnuts and season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve!
