Ingredients
200 gr pkt shortbread biscuits
200 gr chocolate, broken
100 gr unsalted butter
0,5 cup icing sugar, sifted
0,5 cup sultanas
0,5 white choc bits

How to make it?
Line a 18x28 cm tin with baking paper, leaving the side overhanging. Place the biscuits into sealed plastic bag and hit with a rolling pin to break them into smaller pieces.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in icing sugar, sultanas, broken biscuits and chock bits and stir until well combined.
Spoon into tin and smooth the surface. Cool for 5 minutes then chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set. Remove from pan and discard paper. Cut into square.
