Ingredients
1 dozen Pacific Oster
6 celery stalk with leaves, 12 cm long
2 cup tomato juice, we'll chilled
2/3 cup vodka, we'll chilled
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce, to taste salt and freshly ground
Black pepper
Crushed ice
How to make?
Remove oyster from their she'll and place 2 oyster and a celery stalk into each of 6x1/2 cup glasses. Refrigerate.
In a jug, combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice and sauces and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add ice and stir well. Strain tomato mixture over oyster.
