Preparation: 20 minutes + jelly setting time

Ingredients
85 gr pkt strawberry jelly crystal
400 gr jam sponge roll, cut into 1 cm - thick slice
600 gr low fat vanilla custard
250 gr strawberries, hulled, sliced
2 passionfruit, pulp removed
150 ml thickened cream, whipped
How to make?
Make jelly as per packet instructions. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. When set roughly chop.
Line base and sides of a 7 cup capacity glass dish with sponge roll slices.
Spoon half the jelly over the sponge roll on the base of dish. Pour 1 cup of custard over jelly, spreading evenly. Top with half the sliced strawberries and half passionfruit pulp. Place slice of sponge roll over fruit.
Top with remaining jelly custard then spread with whipped cream. Decorate with remaining fruit. Cover and refrigerate until required.
